Any information collected about a person that makes it possible to establish his or her identity is personal data, regardless of whether it is processed in paper or digital form.

We received them from you in connection with transactions on ijfstore.org made by you without prior registration and having an account on www.ijfstore.org.

- with regard to a request for deletion of data: Your data will no longer be necessary for the purposes for which they were collected by IJF Store s.c; you revoke your consent to data processing; you object to the processing of your data; your data will be processed unlawfully; your data should be deleted in order to comply with an obligation arising from a legal provision; or your data were collected in connection with the provision of electronic services offered to your child;

In what situations can you object to the processing of your data?
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data when the processing is based on a legitimate interest or for statistical purposes, and the objection is justified by your particular situation.
With whom do we share your personal data?
IJF Store s.c. share your personal data with entities that support IJF Store s.c. in providing electronic services, i.e. those that provide payment services, perform transportation, consulting or auditing services.
IJF Store s.c. may provide your personal data to public authorities fighting fraud and abuse.
How long do we store your personal data?
IJF Store s.c. stores your personal data in connection with your transaction on ijfstore.org, without prior registration and creation of an account, for the time necessary to perform a given transaction and for the time during which it is possible to pursue claims in connection with the performance of the contract, concluded as a result of the transaction, maximum 3.5 years from the day of the transaction.
In addition, we may store the data for fraud and abuse prevention, for statistical and archival purposes for a period of 10 years from the date of termination of the contract or the event giving rise to the need for such processing.

We will delete your data when:
- they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, we have processed them on the basis of your consent, which you have withdrawn, and there is no other legal basis for processing your data, you have objected to the processing of your data in pursuit of the controller's legally legitimate interest of the controller, and at the same time there are no other circumstances that justify further data processing, your personal data was processed unlawfully, personal data must be deleted due to a legal obligation.
You can withdraw your consent to our processing of your data at any time, as long as the basis for the processing is your consent.
You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your data if:
- you report that the data we are processing is incorrect; the restriction occurs until such time as you allow us to verify the accuracy of the data; there is no legal basis for the processing and you object to the definitive deletion of your data; we no longer need your data for the purposes for which we collected it, but you need it to defend your interests or assert claims; you have objected to the processing of your data; the restriction occurs until we determine whether there is a basis for processing that overrides your objection. We will immediately cease such processing, unless there is a basis overriding your objection.

- is necessary for the conclusion or performance of the contract is permitted under separate provisions of law or takes place after you have given your consent.
If you are subjected to automated decision-making, including profiling, you have the right to obtain the intervention of our employee, who will further verify your situation and the decision made, you can present us with your position or challenge the decision made.

III. Purposes for which Cookies are used
